| FORMULATION |
- Since 1981, PHYTOMEDICA Laboratories develop natural cosmetic and parapharmaceutical products (balsam, cream, emulsion, gel, capsule, oil, milk, lotion, mask, ointment, pigmentary formulation, pomade, gel soap, serum, Peeling, shampoo…).
- We use natural active ingredients : Essential oils, Vegetable Extracts, Clays of Colours, Mineral Oils, Floral Waters, Objectified Actives, Biotechnology, Extracts from Algae, Marine limons…
- We work with plant growers and merchants of natural raw material closely together to be the more efficient (specifications research, original concepts).
- Our biochemist controls the supplying (certificate of analysis, security sheet, microbiological tests, chromatography…)

- Our Research & Development Laboratory develops with our Chemist Engineer innovating formulations with a natural touch by stressing out the derm compatibility and guarantees a good stability of its products.

- We carry out the stability tests, the compatibility tests with the packaging, the Challenge and innocuousness tests, the registration in the French poison centres, that all must be listed in the Product File.
- Efficiency and specificity tests on the claimed actions are optional. We can also help you to obtain the Certificates of Free Sale (according to the exporting country).

-Your products are manufactured thanks to vacuum mixers-homogenisers high-performance and fully automated (capacity of 100 and 600 Kg), while meeting the “Good Manufacturing Practices”.
- The production and quality management is provided by a specific software which guarantees the tracking of raw materials and manufacturing batch.
- Our production processes comply with the standards of the European Pharmacopoeia. Our laboratory is in certification according to the ISO 9001 standards, edition 2000.
- We are able to carry out a simple pilot batch of a few Kg up to 1,2 ton a day.
- The minimum production under industrial processes reaches 50 Kg per reference.

-Our service also includes the primary packaging with a filling machine for plastic tubes new generation, with a “warm air” head (maximum 4000 tubes/ hour); with a filling machine for aluminium tubes, flasks, and plastic or glass jars.
- Possibility of a packaging in “bulk” in barrels from 50 to 1000 litres.

- With the buying of a Product File, your are given the possibility to have the complete exclusivity of the formulation or to have a part exclusivity , less expensive, with which you are the only one who has the exploitation rights on a precise formulation. Finally, you can choose a formulation, property of our Laboratories , ready to be sold under your brand name.

- Phytomedica also develops a range of equine cosmetic products (repulsive lotion for insects, lotion rinse for mane...) for its customers interested in natural and high-quality active constituents.
